Kodandaram confirmed TJS to contest alone for all 119 seats

The political scenario has heated up following Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s announcement that he will declare the names of the General Election candidates in the month of September.Not just TRS, other party leaders are also focusing on the aspect of an early election. Having announced previously that Telangana Jana Samithi would contest all the 119 Assembly seats in the State, party president Prof M Kondandaram once again clarified his stand.


Speaking to the media on Monday, Kondandaram said that TJS will contest alone in 2019 polls. However, he objected to the reason behind the elections being held early.
