Telangana Intransitive warm weather for 3 days

Hyderabad: Monsoon took a pause in Telangana region as the weather carried dry winds from rajasthan followed by madhya pradesh resulting high temperature. Hyderabad city recorded 33.8° Celsius on Tuesday, 33.8° Celsius on Tuesday, three degrees above normal for this time of year. Ramagundam registered 34.8°C, Nizamabad 34 °C and Hanamkonda 34 °C. 


For the next 3days the rise in mercury levels is likely to continue. There might be changes after three days, depending on the development of the depression over the Arabian Sea, said weather department authorities.


Chief Meteorologist with Skymet  an independent weather observatory Mahesh Palawat, said, “An anti-cyclone, when winds rotate in a clockwise direction, is prevailing over Central Madhya Pradesh. The north-westerly winds 


which are warm and dry are now moving in a semi-circular direction origin being Rajasthan entering in to Telangana. Temperature has raised near to 40°C in Rajasthan as per Central india,which is higher than normal in monsoon seasons.This dry and hot condition is likely to remain for the next two or three days; the change in weather will depend on the strength of the depression over south-east Arabian Sea.”


Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema are facing the same but low compared to Telangana.Random rainfalls are recorded in isolated places over AP. Both the Telugu states are undergoing a transitional period as the rains have moved towards the North-eastern belt.


The forecast announced for Telangana is mostly dry weather. Thunderstorm may occur at isolated places due to the rising temperatures. The city could get rain towards the evening or night hours. The day and night temperatures will be around 34° and 22 ° Celsius respectively.
