Hyderabad: HC directed EC to release voter list booth wise

The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday paved the way for the Election Commission of India for publication of the final voters list of Telangana by vacating the interim order granted on October 5.A division bench comprising Chief Justice Thottathil B Radhakrishnan and Justice S.V. Bhatt while dealing with a petition by Congress leader Mr Marri Shashidhar Reddy directed the Election Commission to ensure that voter’ lists shall be published booth wise. It also asked the panels to consider the objections of the voters if any on the final list.
